Strep Throat Swab
We are now enrolling for a clinical trial evaluating the effectiveness of a diagnostic device for Strep Throat.
Most sore throats are caused by viral illnesses. However, Strep Throat is a bacterial infection in the throat and tonsils caused by bacteria called group A Streptococcus (group A strep).
Our physicians at ERA have partnered with a sponsor who are researching the effectiveness of at home diagnostic devices for Strep A. Participants will undergo test as well as control throat swabs to compare the results of each device.
